BIMstream scanned and modeled the nearly 600,000 SF of ground level and below-grade garage in the heart of Kendall Square. We used targets to align nearly 900 individual scans using the Leica RTC360 terrestrial scanner, performed 360° image capture across the entire project for the modeling team’s visualization, and delivered a BIM model in the CBT Revit Template.
