BIMstream captured, scanned, and modeled Thompson Arena on the campus of Dartmouth College, documenting 83,600 sq. ft. of space including comprehensive above-ceiling scanning. The team delivered a full architectural Revit model with a fully linked MEP Revit model, along with a complete drawing set including floor plans, elevations, sections, RCPs, 3D views, and renderings to support renovation and facility management efforts.
In addition to the interior capture, BIMstream conducted a drone flight of the site to produce a high-resolution reality mesh model for exterior visualization and spatial planning, providing Dartmouth with a complete digital record of the facility inside and out.
