BIMstream serves as Northeastern University's trusted partner for enterprise-wide reality capture, digital twin modeling, and BIM delivery across multiple campuses, with work completed in over 70 buildings spanning academic, administrative, residential, laboratory, arts, and student life facilities. Using NavVis VLX, Leica RTC360, and GeoSLAM Revo RT scanners, BIMstream delivers LOD 200/300 Revit models with above-ceiling MEP capture, full 2D drawing sets, and 360° imagery, typically within 15 business days of capture.
All deliverables are integrated into BIMstream's CERQA platform, providing Northeastern with secure, web-based access to point clouds, Revit models, and drawing sets that connect seamlessly with the university's third-party software systems. Additional services including aerial photogrammetry, orthomosaics, and drone-based reality meshes support roof and site analysis, creating a comprehensive and scalable digital ecosystem for facilities management, capital planning, and long-term asset management.
