Fenway Park, opened in 1912, is MLB’s oldest stadium, famed for the Green Monster and as home to the Boston Red Sox.

BIMstream has flown and scanned Fenway Park more than sixty times to support visualization, structural assessment, and videography across the 17-acre, 34,890-seat ballpark. Our work includes capturing the park in baseball operations format as well as multiple event configurations, building an extensive history of aerial capture and site documentation over time.
Key structural elements have been scanned and modeled to support wall assessments, ongoing monitoring, and potential seating and suite renovations. This long-term engagement has produced a comprehensive digital record of Fenway Park that continues to inform both day-to-day operations and long-range capital planning.
