750 Third Ave is a 34-story NYC tower. Built in 1958, this Midtown East site is now being redeveloped for housing and mixed-use spaces.

BIMstream conducted comprehensive LiDAR scanning and Revit modeling of two interconnected commercial towers totaling 780,169 sq. ft., with 504,416 sq. ft. captured using NavVis VLX mobile scanners and Leica RTC360 terrestrial scanners. Interior and exterior spaces were documented across ground floor retail, multiple upper floors, and cellar and sub-cellar levels, enabling the creation of high-precision digital twins.
The scope included detailed modeling of facades, roofs, structural framing, core and shell, MEP systems, and retail and amenity floors. BIMstream delivered LOD 200 Revit models for facades, roofs, structural framing, and key interior levels, along with LOD 100 MEP models for additional building systems infrastructure.
