BIMstream partnered with Gensler and the University of Massachusetts Amherst to deliver comprehensive reality capture and digital twin services for McGuirk Alumni Stadium and its surrounding site. The project encompassed all major structures and site features including buildings, ticket boxes, roads, parking lots, fencing, and greenspace, combining aerial photogrammetry via drone capture with mobile LiDAR scanning using NavVis VLX and GeoSLAM Revo RT to produce accurate as-built documentation.
BIMstream's studio delivered EMD 100 Revit models within seven business days of capture, with all deliverables hosted on BIMstream's CERQA platform. Merged point clouds, 360° imagery, and interactive mark and measure functionality provided multi-stakeholder access for collaboration, supporting future renovations, planning, and facilities management across the campus environment.
