BIMstream delivered full reality capture and BIM modeling services for the 415 Main Street core lab and office facility, totaling over 416,000 sq. ft. including detailed ceiling infrastructure. Using a hybrid mobile and terrestrial LiDAR scanning approach, the team captured 242,335 sq. ft. of visible surfaces and 174,429 sq. ft. of plenum-level MEP systems, ensuring comprehensive coverage of all critical building systems.
BIMstream produced LOD 200 Revit models along with full 2D documentation including floor plans, RCPs, elevations, and schedules, providing a precise as-built foundation to support lab planning, facilities management, and infrastructure upgrades. All deliverables, including 360° imagery and point clouds, were hosted securely via BIMstream's CERQA platform for remote team access and ongoing coordination.
