BIMstream scanned and modeled nearly one million square feet of residential apartments. We developed a comprehensive operations plan to capture only the units necessary to complete the entire model, which was critical to ensure as little disruption was caused as possible.
We worked closely with the building management team to gain access to the units and scan them in a timely and efficient manner. Our capture team also collected 360° imagery for each and every space we scanned in the building. This was critical for our modeling team and creates a good legacy as-operated record for the building owner.
