BIMstream partnered with Sasaki Architects to provide comprehensive reality capture and digital modeling for Leverone Field House at Dartmouth College, scanning and modeling the 991,800 sq. ft. athletic facility to support planned MEP, plumbing, and roof system renovations. The team utilized terrestrial and mobile LiDAR scanning along with 360° imagery capture, including above-ceiling scans, to fully document existing conditions throughout the facility.
Deliverables included coordinated 3D Revit models, detailed 2D floor plans, and aerial scanning to support roof analysis and upgrade planning, providing a reliable digital foundation for system modernization and future capital improvements at Dartmouth.
