BIMstream partnered with B2Q Associates and IMEG Corp. to deliver full-site reality capture and BIM modeling services for the Harvard School of Public Health, encompassing approximately 156,000 sq. ft. across 15 levels from basement through level 14. Using an integrated mix of NavVis VLX, Leica RTC360, and GeoSLAM Revo RT scanners, the team captured detailed architectural surfaces, visible MEP systems, and 53,000 sq. ft. of above-ceiling plenum space to support critical HVAC and mechanical infrastructure upgrades.
A dedicated team of eight modelers and engineers delivered geolocated point clouds, LOD 200 Revit models, and 2D PDF drawings including floor plans and elevations within 20 business days, enabling precise coordination for upcoming demolition and ventilation redesign work. The project provides a robust digital foundation for Harvard's ongoing campus modernization and sustainability initiatives.
