BIMstream provided scanning, 360° image capture, and modeling for Boston Medical Center – Brighton, capturing and modeling 422,300 sq. ft. of hospital space while strictly adhering to HIPAA protocols throughout. Our team coordinated closely with facilities staff to gain access to all areas, including mechanical spaces, which were delivered as a separate MEP Revit model linked to the primary architectural model.
Materials, finishes, and manufacturer data were integrated directly into the BIM model, enabling accurate room, finish, and door schedules to support downstream design and planning. The resulting deliverables also powered high-fidelity visualizations and VR-ready models in both Unity and Enscape, giving Boston Medical Center a comprehensive digital asset for renovation planning, coordination, and immersive stakeholder review.
