We utilized multiple LiDAR scanners, including a GeoSLAM REVO RT and Navvis VLX to scan in these areas and also took supplementary 360° images to help with the modeling of the MEP. We used this data to provide a digital twin of their two buildings in form of a Revit model, complete with PDF plans.
Rockleigh, NJ East & West Buildings
The BIMstream field team headed to Rockleigh, NJ for a scan of a Fresenuis Medical Care center. Consisting of two building and 216,000 square feet, we spent 4 days capturing highly sensitive and active lab spaces both on ground level and above the ceiling.
