The team at BIMstream continued our work for Boston Properties, this time scanning the lobby and adjacent spaces at 200 Clarendon street. Our team utilized terrestrial and mobile LiDAR scanners to conquer the challenges this space presented in order to provide a Revit model as well as an architectural set for use in planning a renovation of the lobby. We used a Leica RTC to combat the reflective chrome finishes that were abundant in the space as well as the exterior of the building, while another engineer used a Navvis VLX for the interior spatial assessment.
