BIMstream scanned and modeled the mid century modern Munson Hill Towers. The building as built in 1961 and was being renovated for the first time.
There were no existing conditions drawings so BIMstream developed a plan to capture and scan all unique apartment units along with all the common space and mechanical areas. We delivered a BIM model, and AutoCAD drawing set, a full PDF documentation set along with 3D birdseye views of each individual floor.
